Forests and the Kyoto protocol

SORRY

Dear Visitor, a text will be available shortly, but there is a German text.

In excuse for this inconvenient we want to show
you an example
of really bad safety management:

What's the bad?

  • Only the chain saw operator within tree felling safety distance of 1.5 - 2 tree lengths
  • Chain saw operator has to clean escape path area from any obstancles before starting to fell the tree
  • Fell cut too high
  • Fell cut wrong - folding edge (hinge) too small - folding edge might break and as a consequence fell direction of the tree might get uncontrolled
